Mirabelle plum spirit

Mirabelle plums are closely related to plums and damsons. Their small, golden-yellow fruits offer a uniquely sweet and intense aroma rarely found elsewhere. Their full flavour unfolds best when the fruits are left to ripen on the tree until perfectly mature.
This fine brandy is made exclusively from mirabelles grown on our family farm at an altitude of around 400 m. Thanks to careful cultivation and late harvesting, the fruit develops maximum sweetness and a particularly rich aromatic profile – a quality clearly reflected in the final spirit.
