Apricot spirit
Apricots are among the most aromatic of all stone fruits, known for their sweet-and-tangy flesh and intense fragrance – making them an excellent base for fine fruit brandies.
This particular brandy is made exclusively from fully ripe “Vinschger Marillen,” a local South Tyrolean variety. These apricots are smaller than commercial ones and contain a relatively large pit. Thanks to their higher ratio of skin to flesh, they develop a much more concentrated aroma.
