FelsenWHISKY

FelsenWHISKY is a natural whisky that has developed a unique and characterful taste through its special production and maturation process. In accordance with legal requirements, it was aged for a minimum of three years in selected barrique casks that had previously been used to mature South Tyrolean Lagrein wine. This pre-aging gives the whisky not only its rich colour but also an elegant, wine-like fruitiness.

The mash consists of barley malt and a portion of rye malt. The rye adds a subtle bread-like aroma and a delicate fruity note, which harmonises beautifully with the influence of the wine cask.
